What a fantastic morning we had this morning at our Open Day!

It was lovely to see lots of familiar faces but also some new ones too. We were delighted to welcome some new families who came to look round our Nursery and look forward to meeting them again  soon!

Everyone had great fun finding the ice cubes in the foam, tasting our snack...strawberries and ice cream, yum! , making musical shakers, exercising their fingers with the chocolate dough and playing with lots of other fun resources. Lots of children and mums and dads loved experiencing our sensory room and our special guests was a fantastic surprise and gave us lots to smile about!

The rain stayed away (just about) and it was lovely to see everybody exploring our outside area, playing in the mud kitchen, climbing on our climbing frame, investigating the tunnel and the bandstand and riding on the hobby horses and we had lots of wonderful feedback about our outstanding provision.

Many thanks to all the fantastic staff for giving up their time to come today and prepare for this event over the last few days. It was a brilliant event and a real success...we look forward to the next one!

Thank you also to our governors and visitors from the community. Our conversations this morning have reignited some community and charity work for the future which we are very excited about. Also special thanks to our Minion for squeezing us into his busy schedule for a visit...it made the day extra special!
