Fun at the Farm: 26 & 27/ 07/14
We all had a fantastic time on the nursery trips to Chatsworth Farm Park on the 26th and 27th June...even though we had some wet weather on Friday!
We really enjoyed exploring the farm park and learning about the farm animals and used our physical skills on the playgrounds.
We met lots of different animals. Shire horses, donkeys, very large pigs and goats as well as lots of chickens and baby chicks, some of whom were the same as our own chickens and chicks back at nursery.
Some of us went into the pet area and we remembered to use our kind hand when touching the small animals and we remembered to wash out hands afterwards.
We did lots of moving around on the adventure playgrounds too...climbing, swinging and balancing and pedling the tractors! We went down some realy big slides...even the ladies went down and thay were really fast!
