Summer time at Nursery
The weather is getting hot, hot, hot and there are lots of changes in the nursery garden.
Our willow structures are growing fast, the flowers in the garden are in full bloom and there is lots of fruit on the trees in our nursery orchard.
We have lots of fruit and vegetables growing in our poly tunnel and some which we have already transplanted into the allotment.
The children have continued to learn about growing and especially about the importance of watering the plants at this time of year. We have also been learning about looking after ourselves and how important it is to wear sun hat, sun cream and drink lots of water when the weather is hot.
