Nanyuki Preparatory School Kenya...Thank you
Nursery would lke to say a special thank you to everyone for their generosity in supporting our Christmas charity fundraising this year.
We raised money for Nanyuki Preparatory School in Kenya.
The school is located in the north of Kenya near Mt Kenya. It is a charitable school that provides education for children from the age of 3 to 12. Many of the children are orphans as a result of their parents dying from Aids and a number of the children are HIV positive. The school has no income other than from donations and charities. Without the school the children would have no education and no future. In Kenya getting an education means everything to children, it is their way to try and escape poverty.
Thanks to your kind donations we were able to send a sum of £170 to the school, to support them in continuing their great work.
