Worm Savers!
Now that it is spring, the nursery garden is beginning to change. The new plants are starting to grow and the animals are starting to reappear.
The children have been learning about respecting and being kind to the plants and the animals.
We have been moving all the worms off the paths and putting them back onto the soil where they are safe and we have called this 'Worm Saving'
We also talked to the children about how important the worms are as they mix up all the soil, making little holes for the air and water which helps the plants to grow.
So come on...be a 'Worm Saver!'
