Our New Outdoor Sand Pit
We are extremely lucky to have another new addition to our nursery garden.
We have just opened a large outdoor sand pit on the grass circle in the nursery garden.
After only a few days the children have had a fantastic time playing and learning in the 'big sand'
This new resource offers a wealth of fantastic opportunities for our children to learn and enjoy. thety have been cooperating with each other and sharing the equipment, talking about what they are doing and asking questions of each other as well as digging, scooping, building and experiencing the texture of the sand.
We look forward to more sandy fun throughout the summer months.
