Wow! A Willow Dome!
Debbie has been working very hard in our nursery garden to create a new willow structure!
She has recently been on a willow weaving course to learn how to make interesting creations using the extra willow that grows from the willow tunnel which is already in our nursery garden.
She has put her training to excellent use by creating a fabulous new willow dome at the bottom of the nursery garden.
It looks amazing and as it continues to grow it will create a lovely new space for our children to explore.
The dome has already led to lots of lovely discussion and learning about growing and planting and about using new skills to build and be creative.
We thank Debbie for all her hard work and creativity and look forward to watching the willow dome grow throughout the spring and summer months so that the children can use it to its full potential.
