'New Look' Climbing Frame
If you’ve been into our nursery garden recently, you may have seen that our climbing frame has had a bit of an update.
We now have a brand new rigid bridge linking the climbing wall, rope climb and ladder to the slide and fireman’s pole at the other end.
We are very lucky to have such a fantastic piece of equipment which really helps our children to develop their physical skills and explore within their own comfort zone.
They have the opportunity to limb up a rigid ladder using their hands and feet, those who are a little more confident can access the climbing frame by using the climbing wall or rope ladder and then finally they can choose how to return to solid ground using either the big slide of the fireman’s pole.
Using the climbing frame also gives our children valuable opportunities to take turns and problem solve with their friends.
