Thanks for supporting BBC 'Children in Need'

Our nursery children had lots of fun  on Friday 15th November raising money to support BBC 'Children in Need'

We dressed up in spotty clothes and some chldren even wore Pudsey ears!

Lots of children also had their faces painted like Pudsey or with lots of colourful spots we brought in our favourite teddies as friends for Pudsey too.

In nursery we had many spotty 'Children in Need activities to play with. Spotty pictures,  paintiing and spotty collage. we even had a spotty program on the computer.

The children brought in money and placed their coins on a giant Pudsey in nursery and all the money raised went to BBC 'Children in Need' fund.

In groups we learned about the reasons we have 'Children in Need' or 'Pudsey Day.'

We  talked about helping other children who did not have people to look after them, those who were unwell and those who didn't have places to live, clothes or toys to play with. We said that our money would be used to help to them to have a better life and be happier children. This helped our children to learn about the importance of giving and helping and being kind to other people.

Altogether we raised £52.66. Thank you very much to everyone for their support in raising this total.
